Project Management (WP1)

The Project Management work package is led by the applicant organization, UNIVERSITÀ DEGLI STUDI ROMA TRE. The primary objective is the overall coordination, effective management, and quality control of the project's activities. This includes financial and administrative oversight, ensuring efficient resource allocation, maintaining communication among all partners, and monitoring the implementation of the work plan. The mechanisms for proper control include a precise time management system (Gantt chart), regular bilateral and three-monthly online project status meetings, and internal reporting to mitigate risks.
